Puneet Mann
Director, Strategic Initiatives
Puneet is the Vice President of Customer Experience. at Scotiabank In this role she is responsible for supporting the delivery of Scotiabank’s full spectrum of products, advice and services for optimal customer experiences across all delivery channels. As head of Multicultural Banking, she is also responsible for leading and implementing strategic initiatives to grow market share in the multicultural banking segment.
She joined the Bank in 2008 and has held progressively senior positions in insurance, commercial banking, and retail distribution. Prior to this, Puneet has experience working in a variety of industries including healthcare, consumer goods, and forest products.
Puneet graduated from the University of Toronto and is also a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business Executive Management Program. She sits on the board of Mentoris; a not for profit organization that supports career mentor-ship which Puneet founded in 2013. Puneet has a passion for involvement in the community and has volunteered her time with a number of organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto, Sikh Foundation of Canada, The Mentoring Partnership, and The Deepak Binning Foundation. In her free time, Puneet enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
